Photographs and videos of the ensembles may be taken from time to time to publicise and provide archive material, of the bands.
Any concerns regarding this should be discussed with the band manager /chairman / safeguarding person.

Otley Brass Association are able to loan instruments to band members, subject to availability, no charge being made for the loan.

The details and contact information of the player making the loan must be recorded.

Otley Brass Association require completion of the Membership-Permissions Form to enable recording of contact information of the individual.
